PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: July 01, 2026

Integra Case Media ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with this website and the services we provide to our business clients (collectively, the "Services").

About our business. We operate as a consumer data vendor in the Social Security Disability (SSD/SSDI) vertical. We collect consumer-submitted information through our own advertising campaigns and provide that information, as consumer records, to our business clients — law firms, licensed attorneys, and non-attorney disability representatives, including Eligible for Direct Pay Non-Attorney (EDPNA) advocates — on a flat-fee-per-record basis. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice or referrals, and we do not represent any consumer in any matter. Our business clients are independently responsible for their own conduct, communications, and compliance with the laws and rules that govern them — including attorney advertising and practice-of-law rules for attorneys and law firms, and the Social Security Administration's rules for representatives for non-attorney advocates — as well as the TCPA and applicable state communication and privacy laws.

This website is intended for business use. It is directed to prospective and current business clients. It is not a consumer intake site, and consumers do not submit claim information here. Information describing how we collect and handle consumer data appears in Sections 3 and 4 for transparency and for the benefit of our business clients' compliance review.

By using this website, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Provide and Improve Services: To provide consumer records, process transactions, and improve our Services

Communication: To respond to inquiries, send updates, and provide customer support to our business clients

Data Provision: To provide consumer records to our business clients (law firms, licensed attorneys, and non-attorney disability representatives) in accordance with our service agreements

3. CONSUMER DATA WE PROCESS AND PROVIDE TO BUSINESS CLIENTS

The following describes the consumer data we collect through our own advertising campaigns and provide to our business clients. This data is not collected through this website.

What We Collect from Consumers

Through our SSD/SSDI advertising campaigns, we collect information from consumers relevant to a potential Social Security Disability inquiry, which may include:

Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and mailing address

Matter Information: The nature of the consumer's medical condition(s) or disability, current work status and ability to work, date last worked, general work history, age, and the status of any prior or pending SSD/SSDI or SSI application (including any denial)

Consent and Certification Records: Consent certificates and identifiers (e.g., TrustedForm), timestamps, IP address, the specific web form completed, and the disclosure language presented at the time of submission

A significant portion of the consumer information we collect concerns health, medical, and disability status and constitutes sensitive personal information under applicable privacy laws. We handle this information accordingly (see Section 9).

Our Role as a Data Vendor

When a consumer submits their information through our advertising campaigns, we provide that information as a consumer record to a business client. Unless otherwise specified, records are provided exclusively to a single business client, and we do not resell or redistribute exclusive records to multiple buyers.

Business Client Compliance Responsibility

Our business clients are independent third parties. Each business client is solely responsible for its own compliance with all applicable laws and rules that govern it — including, for attorneys and law firms, the rules governing attorney advertising, solicitation, client intake, and the practice of law in the jurisdictions in which they operate, and, for non-attorney advocates, the Social Security Administration's Rules of Conduct and Standards of Responsibility for Representatives — as well as the TCPA and applicable state communication and privacy laws. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the conduct of our business clients after a consumer record is provided.

4. HOW WE OBTAIN CONSUMER CONSENT

We obtain consumer consent to be contacted at the point of collection, on our advertising landing pages — not through this website. Before a consumer submits their information, we present a clear and conspicuous disclosure and require the consumer to take an affirmative action (such as clicking a submit button beneath the disclosure) indicating consent to be contacted by our business client(s) via telephone, email, and SMS/text messaging, including through automated means, regarding their SSD inquiry.

Our disclosure and consent-capture process is designed to satisfy the prior-express-written-consent and clear-and-conspicuous-disclosure standards under the TCPA and applicable state telemarketing laws. Each consumer submission is certified at the moment of collection using a third-party consent-certification service (e.g., TrustedForm), and we retain the associated certificate, timestamp, and disclosure record. Consumers may revoke consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in communications or by contacting us.

Business clients receiving consumer records are responsible for honoring opt-out requests and for their own compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state communication laws.

5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We may share information in the following circumstances:

Business Clients: We provide consumer records to law firms, licensed attorneys, and non-attorney disability representatives who have contracted with us to receive them

Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including payment processors, CRM providers, consent-certification providers, analytics platforms, hosting services, and marketing partners

Legal Compliance: We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from government authorities, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights and the rights of others

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred to the acquiring entity

With Consent: We may share information with third parties when explicit consent is provided

Notice regarding "sales" and "sharing" under privacy laws. Our provision of consumer records to business clients in exchange for consideration may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended). Consumers have the right to opt out of this activity, as described in Sections 8 and 9.

We do not sell or rent business-client information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes without consent.

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We retain consent and certification records for the period necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable communication and consent laws.
